Business Skills – Conflict Resolution
Most of us try to avoid conflict and confrontation because we fear damaging relationships and getting hurt ourselves or hurting someone else. However, we all develop to generally handle these situations well. This short course defines conflict, explores how it occurs and highlights the effects of conflict. It also delves into how to handle conflict to ensure that you can turn conflict into a force for good and not bad.
The module will take about 20 minutes to complete and includes a short knowledge check to explore your understanding. Certification is availale.
